GCA Remembers
To mark the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, the pupils and staff of GCA held a 2 minutes silence in remembrance of those who fought and those who lost their lives in the World Wars.
Throughout the week, pupils and staff discussed the importance of Remembrance Day and the impact that WWI and WWII had on Britain and the whole world. Many classes created poppies to add to our Post Street display and many looked at and recited poetry.
